This project came about as a builder client  wanted to transform a dilapidated house with years of patchwork renovations into a cohesive modern home, while maintaining the original charm when viewed from the street.

The decision was made to completely renovate the existing 3 bedroom house, including reconfiguring existing spaces; extending; re-cladding and re-roofing the entire home.

The use of modern roof forms at the rear and the introduction of natural light through the skylights completely changed the look and feel of the home from front to back.
